Effective Date: October 7, 2025
Nurture ("Nurture", "we", "us", "our") helps you uplevel your data enrichment, scale personalized outreach, and build pipelines for your sales team. Our products include our website and all of the services we offer through that website (the "Products" or "Services"). When you use our Products, you provide personal information to us. We wrote this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy" or "Policy") to help you understand what personal information we collect, how we use it and disclose it, how long we retain it, and what choices you have about it.
Some of the concepts below are a little technical, but we've tried our best to explain things in a simple and clear way. You may have specific privacy rights in your state or region. In the United States, residents of California and other states have specific privacy rights as noted in the disclosures below. Residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), and the United Kingdom also have specific rights, which are noted in other disclosures below.
This Privacy Policy applies where Nurture acts as a "data controller" which means Nurture decides why and how personal information is processed. It does not apply to situations where Nurture acts as a "data processor" which means it processes data only according to contractual instructions from its customers or other data controllers. Nurture works with a variety of third party data providers and connects them to Nurture customers who are looking for information about businesses and individuals who work at these businesses. In doing so, Nurture acts as a data processor because it is acting according to the instruction of its customers per its data processing agreements with those customers. Nurture does not control the data supplied by the third party data providers it works with and, as a data processor, is not in a position to delete data or otherwise discharge the responsibilities of a data controller.
We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as your account details and payment information. This includes:
When you set up an account to use our Services, we collect your contact details such as your name, email address and company domain.
We may collect personal information necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by Stripe, Inc. You may find their privacy notice link(s) here: https://stripe.com/en-gb-us/privacy.
If you contact us directly or express interest in using our services, we collect personal information including your name, email address, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect personal information from you, such as your name and email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services. When you participate in a survey, we may also receive your contact details and your responses to our questions.
We collect information about the products you have purchased and payments you have made to meet our accounting and finance obligations.
If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience.
We and our third-party partners collect personal information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies ("Cookies"). Our third-party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. We may use both session Cookies and persistent Cookies. A session Cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent Cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to our Services.
Some Cookies are strictly necessary to make our Services available to you, for example, to provide login functionality. We cannot provide you with the Services without this type of Cookie.
We also may use Cookies for website and app analytics purposes in order to operate, maintain, and improve our Services. We may use our own analytics Cookies or use third-party analytics providers to collect and process certain analytics data on our behalf. In particular, we use Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data on our behalf. Google Analytics helps us understand how you engage with our Services. You can learn about Google's practices by going to https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
We and our third-party partners use Cookies to help us and our advertisers show you relevant advertising, as well as to present ads to you on sites that are not owned or operated by us to promote our services, articles or events. The cookies are used to make advertising messages more relevant to you and your interests. They also perform functions like preventing the same ad from continuously re-appearing.
We may collect data from third-party sources, such as professional contact details obtained through data providers.
We collect certain personal information from data providers, such as professional contact details, job title and information about your company or employer, to allow our customers to run queries on the data as part of our Services.
If you choose to create your account with us using a third-party login tool (e.g., Google, Okta, Azure), the provider of that third-party tool will share your name, account details and contact details with us. For more information, please see the section "How Do We Handle Your Third-Party Logins?" below.
